Benefits of Morning Walk


i used to hate waking early in the morning and going out.
but few days ago i heard about morning walk and its benefits. i gathered courage and woke up at 6 AM and went to the park for a morning walk. i kept my I pod with me and put ear phone in and started walking. There were lot of people. i really enjoyed walking and sending
fresh air to my lungs.
i strongly suggest you to do same.
just gather courage and go for a morning walk
try it once. i bet you will enjoy.

you will be away from disease like hypertension, heart failure, pulmonary and kidney problems.
